This program includes 10 in-person weekend intensives + 2-elective weekends, self-paced online coursework, weekly live Zoom Sangha sessions and written and experiential assignments. Students are expected to attend all live training hours (in person or via zoom) and at least 8 of the 10 weekly zoom philosophy sessions.
