• Denver Clark

    C-IAYT, ERYT-500, YACEP, LMT MA#89197

Growing up in a Dance studio owned by her parents, Denver has been raised to speak the language of the body. A lifelong larger bodied person, the struggle of growing up in front of a mirror left her with body dysmorphia, disordered eating patterns and self-loathing. Coupled with Anxiety and Depression, the simple blessing of finding a yoga class at age 21 was a lifesaving moment. Raised by teachers and with a passion for performing arts, Denver left the world of musical theatre and dance after college and began to learn and share the gifts that yoga has to offer with others.

With over 2 decades of experience teaching mindful movement to people of all ages and abilities, Denver has now been teaching yoga for over 16 years, having owned and operated her own yoga studio for 8.5 years in Blue Ridge, GA and was the acting program director and curriculum writer for Heartwood Yoga Institute in Bradenton, FL from 2016 - 2023. She teaches Anatomy, Meditation, Pranayama and more and has helped build and teach an accredited Yoga Therapy program with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and now sits on the member schools committee with IAYT. She owns and operates her own accredited yoga teacher training school under Embodied Health and is the founder of yogateachersupport.com an online resource and community for yoga teachers offering resources, articles, ceu courses and more. Denver is also a regular contributing author for Yoga Journal online.

Denver received her 200- and 300-hour Yoga Teacher training from Peachtree Yoga in Atlanta, GA, her Yoga Therapy and Reiki Master certifications from Heartwood Yoga Institute in Bradenton, FL and her Massage Therapy schooling from Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in Sarasota, FL. She has been a massage therapist since 2018.

Denver lives in Bradenton, FL with her loving husband and two strong, independent daughters.

  • Hannah Zak

    ERYT-500

Hannah is an ERYT-500. Her yoga journey began in 2021 with hopes it would help her better manage anxiety, depression and addiction. It didn’t take long before she fell in love with the practice and knew she needed to teach and share the gift of yoga with others. Initially drawn to a fast-paced, vinyasa-styled class, Hannah found that Yin Yoga challenged her in a new and unique way. Normally always being a “go, go, go” kind of person, Yin offered the questions - “How slow can you go? How still can you be? How deep will you allow yourself to settle?” Hannah strives to find an approachable balance between effort and ease in all her classes and hopes you walk out feeling empowered, accomplished and balanced.

Hannah is currently in school to become a massage therapist in order to blend her love of movement and anatomy and provide even more healing to her students and clients.
