The Hunter's Moon holds spiritual significance as a time for reflection, preparation, and releasing what no longer serves you. It's a period for assessing your "harvest" – what you've achieved and what you need to cultivate for the future, particularly as winter approaches. This moon encourages inner work, gratitude, and setting intentions for personal growth.
In this class, we’ll practice yoga asana (poses) that draw attention inward to reserve and cultivate energy for the coming months, followed by a guided meditation and sound bath to align body, mind and soul.
