Sacred Drift: Sound & Energy
Sacred Drift is an in-person group experience that blends energy healing and sound therapy to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
You’ll settle comfortably on a mat with blankets and cushions as the space is softly prepared with calming scents, gentle music, and intentional grounding. The session begins with a brief centering ritual and intention-setting to help you arrive fully in the present moment.
From there, Terrie will guide the group through an energy healing experience, inviting the release of stagnant or heavy energy while supporting balance within the body’s subtle systems. As the session unfolds, sound healing instruments—including Tibetan bowls and tuning forks—are introduced to create soothing vibrations that help calm the mind and guide the nervous system into meditative states of rest and restoration.
You are not required to do anything during this session—simply rest and receive. Participants often experience deep relaxation, emotional clarity, intuitive insight, and a sense of being grounded and supported. The session closes gently, with time for quiet reflection or journaling before returning to your day.
This experience is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional support, energetic alignment, or a deeply restorative pause.
Please arrive early, as the session will begin promptly.

Full Moon Yoga & Soundbath
Join us for a nourishing evening of Full Moon Yoga beneath the Worm Moon, the March full moon named for the thawing earth and the quiet return of life beneath the soil. As winter loosens its grip, the Worm Moon invites renewal, patience, and trust in what is beginning to stir—both in nature and within ourselves.
This outdoor practice will be slow, grounding, and intentional, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you shed heaviness and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. We’ll honor the transition from rest to renewal, creating space for clarity, intention, and embodied presence under the glow of the moon.
Expect a practice that feels supportive, reflective, and deeply regulating—an opportunity to breathe fresh air, feel the earth beneath you, and welcome the subtle promise of spring.
All levels welcome.
Bring layers, a mat, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
***Tea and light snacks provided afterward

Restorative Ritual & Yoga Nidra
This workshop is a slow, nourishing ritual designed to support deep nervous system rest while guiding you into meaningful reflection and intention-setting.
We’ll begin with journaling before moving through soft, mindful movement that gradually melts into longer-held Yin and restorative postures. Supported by props, breathwork, aromatherapy, and silence, the body is invited to release effort and settle into a state of profound rest.
From this place of ease, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a deeply healing, lying-down meditation that allows the mind and nervous system to reset while remaining gently aware. During this practice, you’ll be invited to connect with your Sankalpa—a heartfelt intention rooted not in striving, but in truth.
After the physical practice, we’ll return to reflection to journal and noticing what has shifted, softened, or clarified. We’ll then close with a seasonal planting ritual, symbolically “planting” your Sankalpa to take home and tend as winter transitions toward spring.
No yoga experience is needed. This is a space to rest, reflect, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and what you’re ready to nurture next.
Come home to stillness.
Come home to yourself.
Creatively Embodied: Intention Candles
Creatively Embodied is a signature monthly offering that weaves together therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and soulful creative expression.
In this February gathering, we honor the heart-centered energy of the season with a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to soften the body, open the chest, and reconnect you with what truly matters. From this steady, present place, we move into a guided Intention candle-making ritual, where you will create your own personalized intention candle infused with herbs, essential oils, crystals and a sankalpa for the season ahead.
This is not a craft class—it is a moving meditation and a ritual of devotion to what you are ready to nourish and grow. Your finished candle becomes a meaningful object you can return to again and again, a reminder of the intention you set in this space.
All materials are provided, along with tea and light refreshments.
No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and create.
Create something meaningful.
Leave with something sacred.

Sounding in the New Year
In this special workshop with guest teacher, Yvette Om participants will learn and explore the magic of mantra and chanting.
There is no experience needed to chant mantras. As most of us are born with vocal chords that naturally sound when we breathe and contract the glottis, we already have the god given tools needed. Through the repetition of a mantra, we enter into meditative and peaceful states of being. In this expansive space we can readily seal in our highest intentions for the New Year and set them vibrating in the universe.
Each participant also receives a copy of Yvette's Book "Meditation & Mantra"
You can read more about Yvette here on her website: Yvette Om - Sacred Singer, Author, Teacher

Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath
As autumn deepens and nature prepares for rest, November’s Beaver Moon invites us to slow down, find stillness, and nourish our inner world. Traditionally, this moon marked a time when beavers built their shelters and prepared for the coming winter — a reminder for us, too, to create space for reflection and grounding before the busy holiday season begins.
Join us for a 90-minute Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience designed to honor this energy of turning inward. Through long, meditative holds and gentle postures, Yin Yoga opens the body’s subtle channels, allowing for deep release and restoration. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing resonance of gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, creating a soundscape that encourages the nervous system to soften and the mind to rest.
Let this full moon be your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect to the quiet wisdom within.
Leave feeling centered, grounded, and at peace — ready to move gracefully into the darker, introspective months ahead.
Yin Yoga Training
This immersive Yin Yoga Teacher Training weekend is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students who want to explore the art of stillness, surrender, and subtle energy. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body—ligaments, fascia, and joints—through long-held, passive poses. You’ll learn to guide others safely and effectively into the meditative depths of yin practice while deepening your own relationship with quiet, presence, and inner awareness.
With additional self-paced online material and mentorship, teachers can receive 20 CEU credits with Yoga Alliance of America upon completion
Restorative Ritual - Deep rest & yoga Nidra
A sensory sanctuary for body, mind, and spirit.
This class offers the ultimate in nervous system nourishment by weaving together gentle, seated movement, breathwork, deeply supported restorative yoga, and the healing meditation of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. This practice is designed to nourish your nervous system and guide you into a state of profound rest and inner clarity.
No movement experience is needed—just bring your body, your breath, and the intention to rest.
We begin with breathwork and light, mindful movement to gently open the body and calm the mind. From there, you’ll be supported in restorative poses using props allowing your body to fully relax and unwind. From this place of physical comfort, you'll be guided into Yoga Nidra—a lying-down, meditative journey that brings you to the edge of sleep while remaining gently aware. This practice invites deep release from tension, mental chatter, and emotional stress.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and support trauma healing by restoring balance to the nervous system and reconnecting you with your innermost self.
Throughout the class, the calming scents of lavender and Palo Santo are softly woven into the experience, enhancing relaxation and inviting your senses into the practice of presence.
Come home to stillnes. Come home to yourself.
