This class offers the ultimate in nervous system nourishment by weaving together gentle, seated movement, breathwork, deeply supported restorative yoga, and the healing meditation of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. This practice is designed to nourish your nervous system and guide you into a state of profound rest and inner clarity.
No movement experience is needed—just bring your body, your breath, and the intention to rest.
We begin with breathwork and light, mindful movement to gently open the body and calm the mind. From there, you’ll be supported in restorative poses using props allowing your body to fully relax and unwind. From this place of physical comfort, you'll be guided into Yoga Nidra—a lying-down, meditative journey that brings you to the edge of sleep while remaining gently aware. This practice invites deep release from tension, mental chatter, and emotional stress.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and support trauma healing by restoring balance to the nervous system and reconnecting you with your innermost self.
Throughout the class, the calming scents of lavender and Palo Santo are softly woven into the experience, enhancing relaxation and inviting your senses into the practice of presence.
