Pelvic Floor Health - VIRTUAL

Join on Saturday, 4/6 from 12-3p LIVE on zoom as we support your pelvic floor health through the practice of yoga therapy.

Yoga Therapy treats the individual though the panchamaya kosha model, or the 5 layers of the human system (physical, energetic, mental/emotional, insight consciousness & bliss body) using asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and self-study.

This workshop includes:

  • A yoga class for all abilities to strengthen and mobilize your pelvic floor muscles

  • A look at the subtle body elements that affect the health and functionality of our pelvic floor, including the chakras and prana vayus

  • Introspective discussion and journaling prompts to assess how our mental and emotional states affect the pelvic floor

  • An original meditation written to ignite your energy and awareness of the “floor of your home”

  • Ongoing support as you continue your journey onward with new information and awareness.
