A small, intimate experience designed to support healing through gentle movement, nervous system regulation, guided reflection, and meaningful ritual.

Limited to 10 participants

A group of women sitting cross-legged in a circle on a wooden floor in a bright room with large windows, candles, flowers, and notebooks, engaged in a gathering or meditation.

For many, Mother’s Day brings more than celebration.

It can bring grief, distance, confusion, or the quiet weight of experiences that were never fully seen or understood.

There is a growing language around narcissistic and emotionally unavailable parenting — but understanding these patterns is only part of the process.

This retreat offers a different approach.

Not just insight — but integration.

A space to understand how these dynamics may have shaped you…
and to begin working with those patterns in a grounded, embodied way.

This retreat weaves together education, somatic practice, and reflection to support meaningful, sustainable change.

ROOTED IN YOGA + INFORMED BY MODERN UNDERSTANDING

This retreat bridges traditional yoga philosophy with contemporary understanding of emotional patterns and nervous system regulation.

In psychology, you may hear terms like:

  • attachment patterns

  • core beliefs

  • nervous system responses

In yoga, we understand these as:

Samskaras — patterns shaped by repeated experience
Vritti — loops of thought and mental activity
Ahimsa — practicing non-harm toward yourself
Pratyahara — turning inward toward your own experience

Rather than analyzing the past, we work with how these patterns live in you now — and how they can begin to shift.

WHAT THIS RETREAT IS:

• A calm, trauma-informed environment
• Clear structure and guided facilitation
• Space to reflect without pressure to share
• A balance of education and embodied practice
• Support for nervous system regulation
• Opportunities to build self-trust and internal awareness
• A small, intentional group (max 10 participants)

WHAT THIS RETREAT IS NOT

• This is not a space for detailed personal storytelling
• Not group therapy or advice-based discussion
• Not focused on analyzing or diagnosing others
• Not designed for emotional overwhelm or uncontained processing

Instead, we focus on your present-moment experience — supporting your body, your awareness, and your relationship with yourself.
